- Email [email protected] within 30 days. Wait for RMA.
- Ship only to the Twisted Oaks address we send.
- Eligible: tagged unworn dresses/tops, unhemmed bottoms, clean layers.
- Not eligible: wash, outdoor wear, odor, makeup, final sale, late.
- Refund on the original card 5–10 business days after intake. You pay return postage unless our error or a defect. No single-ticket exchange.
Inspection
We open returns in the order they arrive at 8020 TWISTED OAKS DR, FAYETTEVILLE, NC 28312-8511. If the piece fails the unused/tag rule, we email photos and either ship it back or, if you ask, dispose of it. No silent restocking of a worn garment.
How long a refund takes to show
Once we approve, the card processor usually posts in 5–10 business days. Your bank may add a day or two. We do not refund to a different card or to cash.
Advertising claim
The 30-day RMA window, free outbound U.S. shipping, and “unused with tags” rule are the same claims we would enter in Google Merchant Center for Leak Style.
